Cary UV-Vis-NIR Spectrophotometer
The CARY 5000 UV-VIS-NIR Spectrophotometer is a UV-Vis-NIR spectrophotometer with photometric performance in the 175-3300 nm range.
Measure: beyond 8.0 absorbance units with reference beam attenuation; 175 to 3300 nm using a PbSmart NIR detector for extended photometric range.
Variable slit widths (down to 0.01 nm) provide for optimum control over data resolution.
Maximum light throughput using Schwarzchild coupling optics gives higher accuracy at low transmission levels.
The Cary 5000 uses a floating aluminum casting and double Littrow monochromator to provide minimal noise and stray light. It also produces an extended dynamic range by attenuating the reference beam more in line with the sample absorbance.

Jandel Four-Point Probe Resistivity Measurement
The Jandel RM2 adjustable height test station measures the resistivity of thin-film metals and semiconductors by using the four-point probe technique. The probe consists of four equally spaced tips which pass a current through the outer probes and measure the voltage across the two inner probes. Currents of up to 9.9999 mA can be applied with an adjustable compliance voltage of up to 50V (max), and voltage drop across the inner pins can be measured to an accuracy of 1/100 of a mV (min) up to 99.99 mV and 1/10 of a mV up to 1999.9 mV (max) can be measured.
