8/23/07 - Several students have asked about laboratory meeting place and time. We will meet in the MSE Metallography Laboratory at 11:10 am on Fridays. We have one 50-minute period scheduled for lab instruction. The remaining laboratory time is not scheduled. Please remember to bring your safety glasses to the lab.
9/5/07 - Homework #2 is now posted. It will be due on 9/14. Please submit on paper (no electronic submissions please).
